The Grammy winner has officially ditched her neon green 'do.

<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/music/billie-eilish-isn-t-your-pretty-little-pop-star" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Billie Eilish</a> is back to the basics with her new <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/2021-hair-trends-celebrity-hairstyles" target="_blank" rel="noopener">shaggy</a> <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/best-purple-shampoos-blonde-hair-at-home" target="_blank" rel="noopener">blonde</a> cut. After almost two years of rocking her dark locks with neon green roots, the "Bad Guy" singer is switching up her look as she gears up to release new music. She showed off the fresh 'do on Instagram with the caption, "pinch me."

While the change may come as a surprise to some, Eilish signaled to it some time ago. She told her fans over social media in December that she planned to change her hairstyle after the release of her AppleTV+ documentary <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/music/billie-eilish-documentary-trailer-the-worlds-a-little-blurry-apple-tv" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Billie Eilish: The World's A Little Blurry</a>. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m gonna give you a new era," she explained. "I have announcements to make. I&rsquo;ve got some shit to put out.&rdquo;
Eilish also threatened to withhold her new songs over comments about her appearance. &ldquo;I am making you a fucking album,&rdquo; she said. &ldquo;I will not put it out if you keep making fun of my hair.&rdquo;
Less than a week ago, Eilish and her brother Finneas O'Connell took home two <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/music/everything-you-missed-2021-grammys-beyonce-megan-thee-stallion" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Grammys</a>, including Record of the Year. Now, the musical siblings are moving on to their next project, which, if it's anything like the last, is sure to be another success.
