In just three years time, the once-Revlon employed artist&nbsp;went from giving online tips and tutorials to launching a line of false eyelashes through cosmetics retail giant Sephora. Founder and CEO of <a href="https://beautyblender.com/" target="_blank">Beautyblender</a> <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reaannsilva/" target="_blank">Rea Ann Silva</a> test drove her hit product doing makeup on television sets, cutting makeup sponges into the familiar egg shape we now all know and love. Silva&rsquo;s original invention won 10 Allure Best of Beauty Awards and received its own Smithsonian exhibition. But this product was only beginning for the artist.
