Famous for their artisanal hairbrushes, Flore des Robert and Pauline Laurent have expanded their offerings with Cair, a new line of minimalist products.

Since their Parisian hairbrush label, <a href="https://www.labonnebrosse.com/en-us">La Bonne Brosse</a>, launched in 2022, Flore des Robert and Pauline Laurent have been making haircare feel luxe. And with their new sustainable product line, <a href="https://www.labonnebrosse.com/en-us/pages/soins-cair">Cair</a>, the duo are taking their approach one step further&mdash;or, rather, three steps, with a minimalist ritual that prioritizes massaging, washing, and protecting the scalp (all after brushing, of course). &ldquo;Women want beautiful, healthy hair, but they also want a simple routine,&rdquo; says des Robert. &ldquo;We decided to treat the entire capillary ecosystem: the scalp, the roots, and the length.&rdquo;&nbsp;
The product range includes a pre-cleanse fortifying <a href="https://www.labonnebrosse.com/en-us/products/le-serum-fortifiant-cair">serum</a> that stimulates the scalp to restore volume and shine; a sulphate-free <a href="https://www.labonnebrosse.com/en-us/products/le-shampoing-cair">shampoo</a> that reinforces the hair&rsquo;s natural coating; and a detangling <a href="https://www.labonnebrosse.com/en-us/products/la-brume-demelante-cair">spray</a> with antioxidant plant nutrients that protect against heat and pollution damage.&nbsp;

Each formula packs a powerful blend of organic ingredients, all of which serve an active purpose: Pure water is replaced with a nutrient-rich blend of rice water, bamboo water, and grape water that delivers body without the use of chemicals, and ingredients typically found in skincare products&mdash;hyaluronic acid, caffeine, pre-biome, and pollustop&mdash;are present in high concentrations. Notably, the line does not include a conditioner. &ldquo;Most conditioners are full of silicones, and silicone is a derivative of plastic that coats the hair,&rdquo; says des Robert. &ldquo;But we want the hair to be as natural and clean as possible.&rdquo;
That sentiment is inherent to the brand&rsquo;s Parisian roots. &ldquo;There&rsquo;s something very French in the way that it&rsquo;s an effortless routine,&rdquo; says des Robert. &ldquo;It&rsquo;s simple yet effective, but it&rsquo;s also a visually beautiful product.&rdquo; Each bottle is designed to resemble an objet d&rsquo;art, transforming the task of hair washing into a more elegant act of self-care. The reusable glass vessels feature a decorative ring of cellulose acetate, sculpturally twisted in the signature style of La Bonne Brosse&rsquo;s brush handles.&nbsp;

Cair&rsquo;s current bottles feature yellow hues, but the brand&rsquo;s color palette will continue to expand with its product offerings. First up? A new <a href="https://www.labonnebrosse.com/en-us/products/creme-hydratante-embellisseuse-pour-cheveux-cair">daily styling creme</a> for textured, wavy, and curly hair that has just made its debut in a soft pink bottle. Naturally, there are four limited-edition La Bonne Brosse <a href="https://www.labonnebrosse.com/en-us/collections/octobre-rose">hairbrushes</a> available to match, the profits of which will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in honor of October's National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
