The Perm is Officially Back in 2021
When you hear the word "perm" what comes to your mind? This year, think of voluminous hair, full of life, that conquered women from around the world in the '80s and '90s. As we continue to exalt different hair textures, the perm is coming back in 2021. The inspirations are diverse and quite fun: from actresses of the new generation, like Zendaya, to icons of music and cinema, such as Jennifer Lopez and Julia Roberts' style in Pretty Woman. For a long time, there was almost a dictatorship of pin straight hair, trying to fit all types into one pattern.
Obviously this can be quite dangerous, as forcing your wire to be in a shape that it is not used to can bring more burdens than bonuses, not to mention the heat damage of overusing a straightening iron.
