Google has released its annual data for the most searched terms of the year. When it comes to the most Googled beauty brands, many were as expected, with a few snubs and surprises thrown in. Rihanna's highly talked-about Fenty Beauty landed on the list, but only at number eight — a bit of a shock considering Bad Gal's ravenous fan base. Kylie Jenner, too, is missing from the list meaning that perhaps those two brands need less introduction. Other buzzy brands like Milk Makeup and Benefit Cosmetics made the list as well. The top slots, though, went to Ulta Beauty and Wet n Wild — whether that's due to popularity or people not knowing the brand is unclear. Notably missing from the list are the luxury beauty brands: Dior, YSL, Chanel, and so on.
