With the rise of COVID-19 causing show cancellations, here's what the New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2022 calendar looks like.

Next week, New York City is going to be overrun with some of fashion's biggest stars as <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/save-the-date/nyfw-a-human-launch-2018" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New York Fashion Week</a> returns. However, the recent rise in COVID-19 cases around the holidays has led some fashion houses to pull out of this season's shows. 
Last month, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/tom-ford-spring-summer-2022-runway-nyfw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tom Ford</a> announced that he would be canceling his NYFW show due to concerns about the Omicron variant. This announcement had attendees of the show worrying if more brands would begin following the American fashion house's lead. 
With NYFW beginning soon, here's what we know so far. Along with Tom Ford, the fashion marketing brand Project announced it would be postponing its menswear tradeshow until June of this year. Kate Spade has also postponed their Fall/Winter 2022 presentation, which will now show in late March. Fashion lovers noticed that Rodarte and Monse aren't even on the schedule.

The rest of the scheduled shows for NYFW are a mix of live and virtual showings. As it stands, Proenza Schouler, Elena Velez, Dion Lee, PatBo, Jason Wu, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/precious-lee-christian-siriano-spring-summer-2022-nyfw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Christian Siriano</a>, Kim Shui, Brandon Maxwell, Eckhaus Latta, Ulla Johnson, Sergio Hudson, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/joseph-altuzarra-nyfw-return-spring-summer-2022-see-now-buy-now" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Altuzarra</a>, Carolina Herrera, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/every-look-from-the-coach-spring-summer-2022-collection" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Coach</a>, Tory Burch, LaQuan Smith, Gabriela Hearst, Peter Do, Anna Sui, Cynthia Rowley, Michael Kors, Collina Strada, and Telfar are still hosting in-person shows.&nbsp;
Helmut Lang, Zankov, St. John, Area, Rubin and Chapelle, Connor McKnight, July Li Studio, Tibi, Veronica Beard, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Commission, Jonathan Simkhai, Bach Mai, and Who Decides War are all showing by appointment only.&nbsp;

Anne Klein, Kuon, Overcoat, Snow Xue Gao, Tadashi Shoji, Tanya Taylor, Adam Lippes, Alice + Olivia, Naeem Khan, Nicole Miller, Area, Batsheva, Dennis Basso, Adeam, Cinq &agrave; Sept, Et Ochs, Imitation of Christ, Vivienne Hu, Badgley Mischka, Bruceglen, Chocheng, Kimberly Goldson, Loring, PH5, ABACAXI, Danarys, Ka Wa Key, N. Hoolywood, Nihl, Pamella Roland, Sandy Liang, and Theophilo are showing their collections virtually.&nbsp;
