The Fall/Winter 2023 Haute Couture runway season is upon us, and while the clothes speak for themselves, the hair and beauty looks are equally deserving of praise and recognition. While various collections have yet to be shown, fashion heritage houses Dior, Chanel, and Giorgio Armani among others have established a number of hair trends for this upcoming season alongside their inspiring clothing creations.

From the slicked-back bun to the side part, various hair trends have already begun to dominate the runway, and with only one day left of the worldwide excitement, fashion enthusiasts everywhere are eager to mirror the chic hair trends seen throughout such an already sensational week for the industry.

Architectural updos are a runway staple, and this year's Haute Couture Fashion Week is no exception. Fashion houses Giambattista Valli, Giorgio Armani, and others make use of the edgy hair trend to show that Couture Fashion Week is so much more than clothes; hair is an art in the fashion industry.

Slicked-back buns are a fan-favorite, and as seen by the likes of Elie Saab, Giorgio Armani, and Dior, it is a hairstyle that has and will continue to stand the test of time.

Intricate braids never fail to make an appearance on the runway, and Giorgio Armani and Valentino have established intricate braids as a hair trend that is here to stay. Giving us braided updos to try this upcoming season, we expect more of this fall 2023 hair trend on the final day of Haute Couture Fashion Week.
