Hardware LDN's Spring 2019 show on Thursday may have been their first at New York Fashion Week, but its cool streetwear fit in seamlessly. Creative director Jessica Horwell, who founded the brand in 2012 after a brief stint styling the likes of Rihanna, Tinie Tempah, and Eliza Doolittle, brought together her London roots and current LA life for looks as easygoing as they are ready to go out.

This season's inspiration was the life of the young, free and outspoken, and these themes shone through in elements like animal print, pajamas as daywear, and heavy use of bright velvets and silks. Shoes were by Doc Martens and Skechers, bringing together tough, leather-heavy style with the continuing ugly sneaker trend. From the sky-high scrunchies to the tiny sunglasses and sheer looks, Hardware LDN's latest collection should make an easy transition from the runway to a night on the town.
