The rapper celebrated the late creative director with a concert during Louis Vuitton's latest menswear show.

The <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/art/vintage-photos-louvre-museum-paris-france" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Louvre&rsquo;s</a> Cour Carr&eacute;e was filled with celebrities, models, and fashion today, as<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/louis-vuitton-x-nike-launch-virgil-abloh-art-nyc-2022" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> Louis Vuitton</a> <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SX50BOmArI" target="_blank" rel="noopener">showed</a> its Men&rsquo;s Spring/Summer 2023 collection. The courtyard was transformed into a &ldquo;giant toy racetrack as a yellow brick road for imagination,&rdquo; per the brand's <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CfJmPeuK4l7/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram</a>, while also displaying large, red, balloon-like structures with the LV logo along parts of the runway. During the show, rapper Kendrick Lamar performed songs including &ldquo;Savior&rdquo; and &ldquo;N95," while interjecting phrases like "Virgil" and "Long live Virgil," in reference to&nbsp;Louis Vuitton Men's Creative Director <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/virgil-abloh-dead-at-41-from-cancer-louis-vuitton-mens-designer-off-white" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Virgil Abhloh</a>, who passed away at the end of 2021.&nbsp;
The show began with an orchestra and marching band, followed by a model in a boxy suit jacket in a muted lavender with matching relaxed <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/colorful-pants-trend-how-to-wear" target="_blank" rel="noopener">trousers.</a> The look was complemented with pops of white&mdash;white buttons, white sneakers, a white shirt underneath, and a white trunk.&nbsp;

Models in this same muted mauve tone followed, sporting calf-length coats and tropical, floral patterns. As the show progressed, the color palette shift to warmer, brighter colors with various textures, like furry bucket hats and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/ella-emhoff-crochet-hat-trend-instagram" target="_blank" rel="noopener">crochet</a> detailing on hats and sleeves. Acid-washed denim, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/tie-dye-fashion-history-70s-trend" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tie-dye</a>, and funky, wavy patterns also appeared on various looks.&nbsp;
