In a cultural moment defined by chaos, the collection reassembled uniforms, eveningwear, and femininity into a new definition of elegance.

<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/tags/prada" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Prada&rsquo;s</a> Spring/Summer 2026 show felt less like a conventional runway and more like a mirror held up to our current zeitgeist. Clothes were layered with intentional chaos: boilersuits over bras, babydoll dresses stacked onto skirts or bloomers, gestures that echoed the excess and overload that define the present moment. Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons took this cultural clutter of 2025 and reworked it into garments that questioned not only how we dress, but the deeper forces shaping why we do.
Typical uniform codes collided with eveningwear, while traditional markers of femininity were taken apart and rebuilt into new forms. A bra top carried shape without support, skirts hung unexpectedly from the shoulders. These subtle displacements disrupted the usual logic of dressing. Many of the looks were punctuated with long, elbow-length gloves, adding a layer of surreal polish and uniform to ensembles that leaned into chaos. Silhouettes skimmed rather than weighed down, and juxtaposition became a design principle, showing how opposites can coexist.
