<p style="text-align: left;">Bella revealed that the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/alexandre-vauthier-haute-couture-dress" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Alexandre Vauthier</a> dress she wore for the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/best-red-carpet-looks-2021-cannes-film-festival" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cannes Film Festival</a> in 2016, a sexy red gown with a slit that started above her hip, is one of her biggest regrets.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">"OK, so this is... <span>apparently a very iconic red dress moment</span>. <span>I was nervous in this dress. I look very sexual and all of these things. I was still nervous by cameras and nervous about having a lot of makeup on and nervous about this slit. </span>I think that maybe there was one little slip that happened. But I'm still kind of embarrassed about this moment, even though the dress is beautiful."</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The model further explained that she needed to incorporate a completely different side of herself to walk the red carpet and that it all started with this red dress&mdash;which is completely understandable since she was only 19 at the time. "It's just that, again, it doesn't look like much to me, and I think that was the beginning of the 'Bella' persona that everyone sees me. That's my alter ego, that's Belinda. I'm her opposite."</p>
