<p>The singer’s latest Paris residency brings custom Dior, Schiaparelli, Givenchy, Alaïa, and Louis Vuitton into a wardrobe that has been making fashion news for decades.</p>

<p dir="ltr"><a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/celine-dion-interesting-facts-childhood-husband-birthday-eurovision-top-songs-health-update-concert-series-tickets">Céline Dion</a> returned to the Paris stage on Sept. 12 with multiple fashion houses in tow. For the opening night of her 26-show<a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/music/celine-dion-return-concerts-tour-2026-paris-posters-theories-album-comeback-songs-health-update">&nbsp;Céline Dion Paris 2026-2027</a> residency, she moved from Jonathan Anderson’s Dior to Daniel Roseberry’s Schiaparelli, Sarah Burton’s Givenchy, and custom Alaïa. Nicolas Ghesquière’s Louis Vuitton joined the rotation four days later.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Longtime stylist Annie Horth is back for the residency alongside Patrick Vimbor. Horth has worked with Dion since well before the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/law-roach-celebrity-stylist-age-name-clients-zendaya-kim-kardashian-celine-dion-tom-holland-lewis-hamilton">Law Roach</a> years, and several of the designers went straight to their archives: archival couture references, sharp leather, shredded organza, sculpted tailoring, and more than one very serious piece of jewelry.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Below, take a closer look at Dion’s latest Paris looks before revisiting a few favorites from the archive.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Dion opened the residency in custom <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/dior-haute-couture-fall-winter-2026-runway-images-photos-sabrina-carpenter-sheer-dress">Dior</a> by <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/jonathan-anderson-most-surprising-moments-loewe-dior-debut-jw-anderson">Jonathan Anderson</a>, wearing a black mousseline and organza gown with a pleated strapless bustier and a wide basque at the hips. The shape pulls from Christian Dior’s 1950 “Poulenc” design, but Anderson takes it somewhere leaner. Transparent organza falls away beneath the pleated hip line instead of filling out into a traditional ballgown.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The necklace was a Paris reference, too. Dion wore Boucheron’s “The Address” necklace from the house’s 2026 <em>Histoire de Style</em> High Jewelry collection, centered by a 10.01-carat diamond and based on the octagonal geometry of Place Vendôme. The piece took 1,107 hours to make.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Louis Vuitton</h2>

<p dir="ltr">Four days later came Louis Vuitton.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/nicolas-ghesquiere-early-career-designs-callaghan-balenciaga-most-famous-looks-runway-photos-chloe-sevigny-dress">Nicolas Ghesquière</a>’s custom look took more than 420 hours to complete, pairing a cropped heavy-wool jacket with an asymmetric satin skirt and black silk duchesse bustier. Nearly 120 hours went into the bustier alone; the skirt required another 130.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Everything stayed black, from the jacket down to the pointed satin pumps. The variation came through the materials instead: thick wool at the shoulders, glossy duchesse satin at the torso, and a long pleated panel dropping from the low waist.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Schiaparelli</h2>

<p dir="ltr">For “My Heart Will Go On,” Daniel Roseberry brought Elsa Schiaparelli into the room.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Dion’s custom Haute Couture look takes its cue from a 1937 Schiaparelli design and Roseberry’s Spring/Summer 2025 Haute Couture reinterpretation. Black silk-crepe tailoring is traced with gold corded embroidery that curls around the shoulders, down the sleeves, and across the waist and trousers. Sections of skin appear between the embroidery, turning what begins as a black suit into something much more ornate.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Givenchy</h2>

<p dir="ltr"><a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/givenchy-fall-winter-2025-watch">Sarah Burton</a> gave Dion two very different versions of Givenchy during her Paris run.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Onstage, Dion wore a custom silver embroidered cut-out dress beneath a dusty-pink shredded organza cape. The cape handles the drama from a distance; once it comes off, the slimmer dress underneath takes over, and black pointed pumps keep the styling from getting any sweeter.</p>

<p>Then came the daywear. One look pairs a blue leather shirt, worn back-to-front, with a navy slashed leather skirt, black hoop belt, Sculpt earrings, and pointed pumps. Another puts Givenchy’s black Pinch peplum jacket in satin duchesse over straight-leg blue denim with Givenchy Bold sunglasses. Burton keeps returning to the waist: belted in leather, shaped through a peplum, and always sharply defined.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: center;">Alaïa</h2>

<p dir="ltr"><a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/alaia-denim-line-launch-styles-washes-for-women-mona-tougaard-model-where-to-shop-jeans-trousers-trends">Alaïa</a> kept things simple—at least by Dion standards.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Her custom look pairs a molded black leather bustier with a curved neckline and a long velvet-knit mermaid skirt that flares into a floor-length train. The leather is rigid and close to the body; the knit stays narrow through the hips before opening at the hem, while stacked silver cuffs finish the look.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">The residency is only Dion’s newest fashion chapter. Her own archive reaches back to sold-out stadium tours, Versace minis, pink-on-pink airport dressing, and the years when Law Roach could turn a Paris hotel exit into its own event.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Stade de France</h2>

<p dir="ltr">On June 19 and 20, 1999, Dion brought the <em>Let’s Talk About Love</em> World Tour to Stade de France for two sold-out nights later captured on <em>Au cœur du stade</em>. Together, the concerts drew 180,000 people.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The look Dion recently resurfaced from those shows is pure late-’90s stagewear: a white spaghetti-strap top and matching trousers worked in tonal embroidery, with reflective horizontal bands across the bodice and an oversized bow at the hip. Christian Lacroix designed Dion’s costumes for the tour.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Seen next to the residency clothes, it almost looks restrained. The embroidery supplies the shine, the bow gives the silhouette its one oversized gesture, and the rest stays long and narrow enough to carry across a stadium.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">2007 World Music Awards</h2>

<p dir="ltr">For the 2007 World Music Awards in Monte Carlo, Dion went straight to <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/versace-archive-official-collections-donatella-versace">Donatella Versace.</a></p>
<p dir="ltr">She accepted the Legend Award in a Fall/Winter 2007 Versace mini with a square neckline and a surface covered in silver paillettes and rectangular mirrored pieces. Metallic pumps continued the gunmetal palette below.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The silhouette itself is almost severe: short, straight, and fitted close to the body. All the movement comes from the dress’s surface, where different shapes and sizes of silver catch the light.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">A Law Roach Favorite</h2>

<p dir="ltr">By summer 2017, Dion and <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/law-roach-interview-met-gala-2025">Law Roach</a> were having a very good time in Paris.</p>
<p dir="ltr">One of Roach’s own favorite looks came from Dice Kayek, the Paris-based label designed by Ece Ege. Dion wore a pale pink blouse tucked into a matching pencil skirt with an embellished Dice Kayek coat draped over her shoulders. A rose Saint Laurent Sac de Jour, Casadei peep-toe platforms, and gold-pink DiorSplit1 sunglasses finished the look.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The pink never really changes. The texture does. Sheer blouse, smooth pencil skirt, crystal-covered coat, croc-effect bag. Years later, Roach returned to the photo with a very clear verdict: “One of my favorite looks I’ve ever styled on Madame!!!”</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Calvin Klein and Off-White x Jimmy Choo</h2>

<p dir="ltr">Roach pushed things much further the following year.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Dion wore an asymmetric red plaid <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/calvin-klein-spring-summer-2027-collection-runway-photos-see-all-the-looks-celebrities-models-minimalism-veronica-leoni">Calvin Klein</a> 205W39NYC dress by Raf Simons with thigh-high boots from the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/ib-kamara-exits-off-white-as-creative-director-who-is-replacing-him">Off-White</a> x <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/jimmy-choo-noir-kei-ninoyima-collaboration-footwear-accessories-leather-shoes-where-to-buy">Jimmy Choo</a> Spring/Summer 2018 collaboration. The boots combine red satin with a transparent thermoplastic polyurethane outer layer, wrapping the leg in a glossy clear shell.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The shared red keeps the dress and boots connected, but that is where the similarities stop. Plaid above. Satin and plastic below.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Pretty in Pink</h2>

<p dir="ltr">Airport dressing did not get a pass either.</p>
<p dir="ltr">In July 2018, Dion stepped out in Taipei wearing a fuchsia Sies Marjan suit with oversized Dsquared2 sunglasses, pale-pink Manolo Blahnik mules, and a small embroidered Gucci bag.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The belted satin jacket and straight trousers are loose enough to nod toward pajamas, but the accessories kill that comparison quickly. The fuzzy mules bring in a softer pink, while Gucci’s floral embroidery puts the only real break in color at her hand.</p>
<p dir="ltr">A private jet in the background certainly does not hurt.</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">The First Monday in May</h2>

<p dir="ltr">Dion made her Met Gala debut in 2017 for <em>Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons: Art of the In-Between</em>.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Roach dressed her in custom Atelier Versace with Bulgari jewelry and Charlotte Olympia shoes. The black-and-silver leather gown was cut away through one shoulder and high across the thigh, with black panels crossing a metallic base and a sculptural black headpiece worked into her hair.</p>
<p dir="ltr">There is no attempt to dress Dion as Rei Kawakubo. Instead, Versace works the theme through asymmetry: one shoulder covered, one bare; silver leather against black; a fitted mini silhouette broken by a long panel at the waist.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Roach’s caption when he revisited the night a year later was much simpler: “First Monday in May......”</p>
<p dir="ltr">Dion’s Paris residency continues into 2027, which means the wardrobe is not finished yet. For now, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Schiaparelli, Givenchy, and Alaïa have already given her archive plenty of new material.</p>
