Chanel Presents Chic Chanel 22 Bag by Virginie Viard
The Chanel 22 bag pays homage to the numerology of the number 22 in the maison's vast history.
In addition to following in the footsteps of the Chanel 19 bag, named in honor of its creation year, the numerology of the Chanel 22 bag also honors the 100th anniversary of the house's second fragrance, No.22.
Shown for the first time at the house's Spring/Summer 2022 Show, the bag incorporates the classic quilted leather and metal chain of the house, while also implementing practical elements such as a magnetic button, purse-like drawstrings, and a removable pouch, making the bag ideal for daily life. It comes in three sizes (small, medium, and large) with an additional backpack version and is available in navy blue, purple, two shades of pink, white, and black.
Ushering in a new year for the house, the Chanel 22 will without a doubt become a timeless creation, available in boutiques come March 2022.
