The collaboration between the French luxury giant and the tech titans on an ultra-luxe smart timepiece.

The famed leather craftsmen over at Herm&egrave;s are bringing their talents to silicon valley, again: the French purveyor of luxury goods has extended their partnership with Apple to the latest generation of Apple Watches, the Series 4.

While the watch sizes have only changed slightly (they&rsquo;re available in both 40mm and 44mm), the leather straps certainly seem upgraded. The double-tour strap for the 40mm model comes in four colorways: solid colors (tan, indigo, and of course, orange) or various color-blocked motifs (various pinks make one option; taupe, blue, and orange make another). On the other hand, the single strap comes in a variety of hues, and even a chic, perforated variation of the classic tan strap.

One of the most touted benefits to the Apple Watch, and smartwatches writ large are their ability to track exercise progress. So, if dirtying up the calfskin band is cause for concern, keep in mind that each model comes with a complimentary Herm&egrave;s-orange rubber workout bracelet anyways.
