King Kylie is expanding her empire.

Kylie Jenner has recently announced she's broadening her horizons as she steps further than just the beauty world and into the fashion one. The 26-year-old business mogul is releasing her new fashion label, Khy, in which we've already gotten a sneak peek and further insight into what's to come.

Speaking about her latest fashion venture in a new interview with the WSJ, Jenner shared, "The whole line is really inspired by my personal wardrobe and the different moods that I’m in."

While Khy is being spearheaded by Jenner, it is also helmed in partnership with cofounders Kris Jenner and Popular Culture’s Emma and Jens Grede — the latter of which are also involved in the investment of Skims and Good American.

According to Jenner, Khy is not solely inspired by her wardrobe but will feature different guest designers and concepts with new drops throughout the year. We already have news on what to expect with the first drop, consisting of black faux-leather pieces and nylon-and-elastane “base layers,” that are created in collaboration with Nan Li and Emilia Pfohl. The design duo helms the Berlin brand Namilia, well-known for its borderline NSFW sense of humor, such as its “porn star” bra top.

Even though Jenner is known for her high-fashion and couture wardrobe, she is focused on keeping Khy affordable, with nothing in the first release costing more than $200. Khy already also has a Los Angeles campus and an in-house design team, meant to work alongside the guest designers.

"Creatively I have such a strong vision of what I want to look like and what I want to do and what I want to wear," Jenner told the WSJ. "There’s really no one telling me what to do."

Designer Haider Ackermann — who designed Jenner's look for the 2023 Met Gala and is a close friend of her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet — expressed a similar statement. "Kylie’s obviously very aware of what she likes," Ackermann said. "She’s very aware of her body and how she sees things, which is very intriguing."

For Khy's debut collection, the 12-piece capsule will consist of faux-leather pants, coats, tops, and basic staples. The collection will be available to shop on khy.com on November 1.
