Last night, Converse celebrated its latest collaboration of clothing and shoes with NYC-brand MadeMe, which has been dubbed a collection by girls, for girls. To front the accompanying promotional imagery, the two tapped Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon, an NYC-native, who perfectly channels the brand's counter-culture aesthetic.

To really add weight to their collection, which draws heavily on the ‘90s rave culture — especially the platformed Conver One-Star — the brand tapped the original platform creator Boris Zuborev, who is known for outfitting club kids galore at iconic NYC party palaces like Limelight. Fittingly, Zuborev’s East Village store played host to the collection party launch.

Campaign star Leon was in attendance (sans momma Madonna), of course, but she wasn’t the only musical offspring. Kim Gordon’s daughter, Coco Gordon Moore, was in attendance, as was party queen/DJ Venus X with Playboi Carti.

The collection launches May 24 and can be purchased at converse.com, Dover Street Market, and Urban Outfitters.
