Quarantine gave everyone time to revisit their favorite series—and if there is a show that lives in the heart of fashionistas around the world, it is Sex and the City. Be it for the iconic looks or the challenges of making it in New York City, it's an undeniably bingeable watch.
The woman responsible for the show's costumes is Patricia Field, who also worked on The Devil Wears Prada. While the show became known for its four fashionable leading ladies, many brands and designers did not allow the production to borrow their clothes. Each pair of Christian Louboutin shoes worn by Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw, for example, had to be paid for.
Some of Carrie's most memorable outfits over the six seasons include a Dior newspaper print dress, a green frilly miniskirt by Vivienne Westwood, and a pink Oscar de la Renta dress Aleksandr Petrovsky, also known as "The Russian," presents Carrie with in the last season.
After all of the designer fashion on the show, does Parker have a favorite outfit? In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress revealed that the piece she liked most appears in the last episode of the program, which is a light green tutu dress with a gold blazer.
