Skims Shines Bright Like Diamonds With New Swarovski Collaboration

Skims is entering the shimmering world of Swarovski. 

The Kim Kardashian-founded shapewear brand has announced a new collaboration with Swarovski, offering a range of body jewelry, intimates, and ready-to-wear. While the two brands appear as opposites, the collaboration finds unity by combining Skims' signature fabrics with Swarovski's joyful extravagance. 

The result? A glimmering collection that's glamorous, empowering, and luxe. Specific offerings from Swarovski x Skims include crystal body jewelry that can be styled in multiple ways. Crystallized intimates, bodysuits, and dresses also make the lineup, crafted to feature next-level brilliance. 

In addition to the Swarovski x Skims collaboration announcement comes a campaign to coincide. Lensed by Mert Alas, the campaign features Kim Kardashian and the new pieces in the collection.

"It's been a dream since I joined Swarovski to create a first-ever collaboration with Skims that furthers the art of self-expression,” says Giovanna Engelbert, creative director of Swarovski, in a statement. “Our collection is a celebration of the body, and of strong, independent women who value their individuality and embrace life with confidence and style.”

Maintaining Skims' commitment to celebrating every size, the Swarovski x Skims crystal body jewelry (inspired by the Millenia jewelry collection) is size-inclusive and can be layered over or under a garment, and paired with other jewelry pieces.

“For this collaboration, we really wanted to celebrate individual creativity and bring more glamour into getting dressed every day,” says Kardashian in a statement. “The pieces are so dreamy, and we loved integrating the iconic crystal cuts into my favorite Skims pieces. We can’t wait for everyone to love Swarovski x Skims as much as I do.’’

Swarovski x Skims will be available to shop starting Nov. 7 online at skims.com and at the new Swarovski Flagship Store on Fifth Avenue.
