Donatella Versace has had quite the year. The recently-named <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/donatella-versace-is-now-officially-a-fashion-icon-according-to-the-bfc">Fashion Icon</a> staged a supermodel coup at the Spring/Summer 2018 shows in September, sending the greatest models of our time down the Versace runway. Now, for the accompanying campaign, Donatella has enlisted the help of her "Versace Family" in coming together for a campaign that is nothing short of legendary to kick off 2018 &mdash; the 40th anniversary of the famed Italian fashion house.
Starring Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Gisele, Irina Shayk, Raquel Zimmerman, and Natalia Vodianova alongside the next generation of reigning supermodels including Gigi Hadid, Kaia Gerber, and Grace Elizabeth, the campaign was photographed by longtime Versace collaborator Steven Meisel, and art directed by Donatella herself. The girls all model the Spring/Summer 2018 collection, which was a tribute to the house's history, and the signature work of her brother Gianni Versace, who died exactly twenty years ago.
 &ldquo;This campaign represents the link between past and present," Donatella said in a statement. &ldquo;You need to know who you are, and where you are coming from, to build your future. And when you are at the head of a brand with such a strong heritage as mine, you can only embrace it. This is the reason why I wanted to see this iconic super model cast next to the soon-to-be-iconic girls of the future.&rdquo;
