Zendaya is currently on a worldwide press tour for her upcoming movie, Challengers. The film, helmed by Call Me By Your Name director Luca Guadagnino, is set to release on April 26, 2024. With the release just a few weeks away, Zendaya, who plays the role of Tashi Duncan, has been stunning red carpets and events with her ultra-chic tenniscore looks. The actress has been hitting the red carpet in a string of tennis-inspired looks, abandoning the Dune sci-fi universe to embrace a Tenniscore era that suits her perfectly. Her stylist, Law Roach, did not disappoint with his choice of bold pieces for the tour, sometimes from archives and sometimes custom.
Her latest look featured a head-to-toe white custom Louis Vuitton gown with a corset bodice and a criss-cross white leather belt. If you're still in the dark about Challengers's premise, the film follows a once-promising tennis talent, Tashi, who is forced to quit following a career-ending injury. Now having to coach, she trains her once-mediocre tennis player husband, Art, into a Grand Slam champion. After a series of losses, however, Tashi is forced to sign Art up for a low-level "Challengers" competition. However, things get complicated when they run into the previous prodigal talent Patrick, who isn't just Art's competition but Tashi's ex-boyfriend. The film is promoted as a steamy sports drama, and there's tons of anticipation for it as Zendaya has amassed a huge number of fans following her performance in Dune: Part Two, Euphoria, and the two Spiderman films she was in, to name a few. The two male leads will be played by none other than Mike Faist, who had a leading role in Steven Spielberg's West Side Story, and Josh O'Connor, who amassed a large fan base following his role as Prince Charles in The Crown.
