Following her viral Netflix hit The Princess Switch, Vanessa Hudgens is back with another royal rom-com. Hudgens plays a science teacher, and co-star Josh Whitehouse plays a 14th-century knight who needs her to return him to his time. The film is complete with horseback riding and super campy Christmas set design, and what more could you want? The Knight Before Christmas came out on Netflix November 21.
Remember when the internet couldn't stop talking about Netflix’s A Christmas Prince? The royally festive film is getting a new addition, A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby. After American journalist Amber's (Rose McIver) riveting love story with Prince RIchard (Ben Lamb) in the first movie, the couple is expecting a royal baby! It’s a Christmas miracle. But first, Amber has to save her family and find a missing peace treaty in their home of Aldovia. A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby dropped on Netflix December 5, so if you have yet to watch, it looks like you have the perfect reason to spend a cozy evening in.
Who could possibly not get into the spirit with this? Country star Kacey Musgraves teamed up with Amazon Prime Video for a holiday special, complete with guest appearances from the likes of Kendall Jenner (who hilariously recreated a certain Love Actually moment) and performances alongside Lana Del Rey, Camila Cabello, and Troye Sivan. Narrated by Schitt’s Creek star Dan Levy, The Kacey Musgraves Christmas Show is everything I need for Christmas this year. Ever wondered about Santa’s family? What are his kids like? Well, look no further and wonder no more, because Noelle and Nick are your answer. Starring Anna Kendrick and Bill Hader, this comedy chronicles Nick’s dysfunctional journey to becoming the new Santa. When Noelle suggests he take a vacation, Nick doesn’t return and leaves her scrambling to save Christmas. Billy Eichner even makes a cameo, so really, need I say more? Ashley Tisdale plays Mendler’s sister in the show, and my Disney Channel memories are all coming back to me.
