Paul Surridge&#39;s debut collection for <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/men/roberto-cavalli-spring-summer-2019-menswear" target="_blank">Roberto Cavalli Men&#39;s Spring 2019 </a>was everything and more. Held at a historic monastery, it was a&nbsp;visually striking parade of crisp whites, animal prints in the form of zebra stripes and python, oversized knits, and subversive takes on denim. Special guests littered the front row, including Luka Sabbat and Pitti first-timer, Tim Cook, the elusive CEO of Apple.&nbsp;

British designer <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/men/craig-green-spring-2019" target="_blank">Craig Green</a>&#39;s outlandish and downright wacky use of color, silhouette, and reinterpretation of uniformity were some of many key ingredients in his show&#39;s recipe for success. Green made sure to create a stunning, ethereal experience while anchoring his fantastic collection to the more mundane, everyday heroes of real life, like doctors, nurses, postmen. Notably, the designer put a unique spin on a footwear classic: the Nike&nbsp;hi-vis sneaker.&nbsp;

Furnito Ganryu was a playful affair that reminded us why we fell in love with fashion. Having worked under the Comme Des Gar&ccedil;ons umbrella, the bar was set high for his relaunch at Pitti 94. His bold risk-taking and inventive use of layering and color seamed to blend harmoniously with the surfing-inspired collection. Add&nbsp;surrealist motifs and technical fabrics and you have yourself a fashion moment.&nbsp;

There&#39;s never been a more exciting time to see a brand like MCM branch out into ready-to-wear. Pitti was a fitting choice to debut. Under the direction of Mrs Kim, the brand presented its signature accessories paired with streetwear-friendly ready-to-wear pieces under a spectacular stimulation of&nbsp;a tropical storm.

Rounding up our highlights of Pitti 94 is Bed J.W. Ford. It was a dandy gentleman&#39;s wet dream, a brooding presentation of Italian suits, leather, and sporty outerwear. There was a clear theme, too. Notably, kimono painting-drawings of horses graced the fa&ccedil;ades of a few deconstructed pieces.&nbsp;Designer&nbsp;Shinpei Yamagishi infused equestrian-esque pieces like wool Rider&#39;s jackets and Western boots, among oversized overcoats and parkas that are sure to be a hit with your friendly neighborhood hypebeast.
