Charli XCX and Camila Cabello Join Taylor Swift on Tour
On Thursday, March 1, Taylor Swift announced on Twitter that pop stars Charli XCX and Camila Cabello will be the opening acts for the Reputation Stadium Tour kicking off in May. The former Fifth Harmony member who just released her self-titled album, Camila, in January is currently on tour until late June, and will continue touring with Swift. Charli XCX also just released a mixtape last December, titled Pop 2, and is long-awaited to release her third album this year, so we'll be expecting some new music on tour.
Swift's mega-hit 1989 World Tour in 2014 won Tour of The Year award, and she did that by inviting surprise guests for every concert, including Alessia Cara, Ellie Goulding, and even Mick Jagger. Charli XCX also made an appearance in Toronto singing her hit "Boom Clap" with Swift.
While it may be a little difficult to top her last tour, having Cabello and XCX will definitely bring a whole lot of sold out shows and place her reputation back on her side.
