Lady Gaga has been confirmed as a performer at the 2018 Grammy Awards, which will air on January 28, live from Madison Square Garden in New York City. Gaga was born and raised in Manhattan and is up for a Best Pop Vocal Album of the Year Award making her a perfect fit for the televised show. She also recently inked a rumored $100,000,000 deal for a Vegas residency. Gaga has performed several times at the award show — most recently in 2016 for her tribute to David Bowie.

Joining her will be Childish Gambino, aka Donald Glover, Little Big Town, and P!nk. The latter is sure to perform her hit "What About Us?," and, if precedent is anything to go by, she'll be singing while do aerial acrobatics. Theater lovers will also be pleased to hear that Patti Lupone will perform her rendition of "Don't Cry For Me Argentina," from her role in the '80s musical Evita.

More performers are expected to be announced.
