Hear the first single off the 'A Star Is Born' soundtrack.

To a skeptic&#39;s relief, the first track release, &quot;Shallow&quot;,&nbsp;&nbsp;from the upcoming movie A Star is Born&ndash;&ndash; is nothing short of stunning. The song debuted yesterday on <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/curator/zane-lowe/990050553" target="_blank">Zane Lowe&rsquo;s Beat&rsquo;s 1</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;radio show, eight days prior to the films release date. It was written by Gaga alongside a handful of hitmakers, Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt, and Anthony Rossomando. The release was accompanied by a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bo_efYhYU2A">video</a> featuring the two leads alternating chilling verses and moving smoothly through a variety of visual scenes.

The film marks the third remake of <a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0029606/">A Star is Born</a> (since the original came out in 1937, collecting two&nbsp;<a href="https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/1019828_star_is_born?" target="_blank">academy awards</a>; one for its direction and cinematography) is Cooper&#39;s directorial debut. And although the audience may be familiar with the story, the soundtrack is entirely new.

Since her first album release in 2008, Gaga has become more transparent song by song and role by role, with A Star is Born as her most considerable move yet. Gaga is no stranger to country music or ballads, alongside her upbeat pop hits are multiple heart-wrenching serenades most famous, &ldquo;Million Reasons&rdquo; and &ldquo;Yo&uuml; and I.&rdquo;

Gaga is arguably at her most honest in the first looks of this film than ever before &ndash;&ndash; but A Star is Born is hardly her on-screen debut. She has already been awarded a Golden Globe in 2016 for her role in American Horror Story, and after a <a href="https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2018/09/a-star-is-born-oscar-buzz">standing ovation</a> for A Star is Born at the Toronto International Film Festival&mdash;before the film even began and again after it ended&mdash;it appears that she is only getting better. When asked about Oscar Buzz during the films London premiere, Gaga is admittedly overwhelmed and characteristically grateful. &nbsp;Gaga attributes that praise entirely to Cooper&rsquo;s direction and filmmaking skill.

&ldquo;I really felt like I could trust him on set,&rdquo; she shared on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jezetWkvbx8" target="_blank">Ellen</a>&nbsp;yesterday. &ldquo;And it was totally different to any experience I&rsquo;ve ever had.&rdquo;

Similarly, Cooper gushed about Gaga to <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_Kr0jfFVqg" target="_blank">Entertainment Tonight</a>,&nbsp;acknowledging the intense chemistry he shared with his co-star. &ldquo;This was one of those experiences,&rdquo; Cooper began. &ldquo;I have no doubt we&rsquo;re in it for life.&rdquo; We can&#39;t help but wonder: Will the movie match up?&nbsp;
