Breakups are never easy, nor are the reasons they happen. And when you&#39;re a celebrity, the difficulty meter goes through the roof, as a very private matter becomes endlessly dissected by the public. Take Ariana Grande and Mac Miller&#39;s, for example.&nbsp;

Grande confirmed her breakup from Miller back in May. The &quot;No Tears Left To Cry&quot; singer wrote in a lengthy Instagram story,&nbsp; &quot;I respect and adore him endlessly and am grateful to have him in my life in any form, at all times regardless of how our relationship changes or what the universe holds for each of us.&quot;

&quot;Unconditional love is not selfish. It is wanting the best for that person, even if at the moment, it&#39;s not you,&quot; she continued.

But of course, the public had plenty to say during the aftermath of their split. Yesterday, <a href="http://www.tmz.com/2018/05/22/mac-miller-bac-twice-legal-limit-dui/" target="_blank">TMZ</a> reported that Miller blew twice the legal limit after a nasty DUI crash, which prompted one of his fans to put the blame on Grande in the form of an <a href="https://twitter.com/FlintElijah/status/998714302080040961" target="_blank">ill-informed tweet</a>, to which the singer wrote a lengthy, but important, response to.&nbsp;

&ldquo;I have cared for him and tried to support his sobriety for years (and always will of course),&quot; she wrote after describing her relationship with the rapper as toxic.&nbsp;&quot;Shaming / blaming women for a man&rsquo;s inability to keep his shit together is a very major problem. Let&rsquo;s please stop doing that.&rdquo;

Mic. Drop.

But she didn&#39;t stop there. &quot;Of course I didn&rsquo;t share about how hard or scary it was while it was happening but it was,&quot; she continued. &quot;I will pray from the bottom of my heart that he figures it all out and that any other woman in this position does as well.&rdquo;&nbsp;

Yes, breakups are never easy,&nbsp;but with each split, there is a lesson learned. A revelation appears&nbsp;that wasn&#39;t there before, and the chance to pursue happiness and pleasure&nbsp;is once again granted. A relationship, as we know, involves two people, so to place any blame on one person over the other is quite ludicrous &mdash; especially the woman. Props to Ariana for reminding us of that.&nbsp;
