<p>This morning, <em>Time</em> began rolling out its latest cover stars, who have been dubbed the &ldquo;Next Generation Leaders.&rdquo; Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, and Adwoa Aboah are the three international faces of the issues, with an additional seven activists, artists, and athletes featured inside.</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>In Grande&rsquo;s <a href="http://time.com/collection-post/5277962/ariana-grande-next-generation-leaders/">interview</a>, she opens up for the first time since the devastating bombing at her concert in Manchester just last year. Though a year has passed, the memories are still fresh. &ldquo;I wish there was more that I could fix. You think with time it&rsquo;ll become easier to talk about. Or you&rsquo;ll make peace with it. But every day I wait for that peace to come and it&rsquo;s still very painful,&rdquo; she tells writer Sam Lansky.</p>

<p>Adwoa who is no stranger to magazine covers, look no further than the seminal British <em>Vogue</em> cover under the reign of Edward Enninful. This time though, she&rsquo;s not featured as a model, instead the highlight is her work as founder of Gurls Talk, an activism platform meant to provide girls with a safe space to discuss topics that affect them every day. The accompanying <a href="http://time.com/collection-post/5277964/adwoa-aboah-next-generation-leaders/">interview</a> dives into Adwoa&rsquo;s struggles with mental health and addiction, as well as reshaping the fashion landscape.</p>

<p>The three cover stars are joined inside by <em>Harry Potter and the Cursed Child </em>actor Anthony Boyle, chess star Hou Yifan, Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman Chris Long, novelist Farida Ado, Planeta Oc&eacute;ano founder Kerstin Forsberg, Afghan rapper Sonita Alizadeh, and German politician Kevin K&uuml;hnert.</p>
