The WNBA star’s latest collaboration with Mattel and Reebok celebrates her legacy with a collectible doll available now and a Barbie-pink Angel Reese 1 sneaker dropping August 3.

Angel Reese has officially entered the Barbie universe.
The WNBA star has added yet another milestone to her growing list of accomplishments with the release of her very own signature Barbie doll, created in partnership with Mattel. Even better? The celebration doesn’t stop there. Reese is also debuting a matching Angel Reese x Barbie x Reebok edition of her signature Angel Reese 1 basketball shoe, arriving on August 3.&nbsp;
For Reese, whose “Bayou Barbie” nickname became synonymous with her rise to stardom during LSU’s 2023 national championship run, the collaboration feels especially full circle. The collectible doll captures many of her signature on-court details, including her pink No. 5 jersey, coordinating shorts, one-legged compression sleeve, sleek high ponytail, headband, and even a miniature pink Barbie basketball. The doll also wears Reese’s signature necklace, making it one of Barbie’s most personalized athlete collaborations to date.&nbsp;
“This Barbie Knows Ball,” Reese wrote while announcing the launch on Instagram, revealing that the doll is available now.
The accompanying campaign is just as pink as fans would expect. Photographed against Barbie’s signature backdrop, Reese poses alongside her miniature counterpart while wearing a matching basketball uniform that blurs the line between athlete and fashion icon.

The Barbie release arrives alongside another highly anticipated launch: a special Barbie-themed colorway of the Reebok Angel Reese 1, the All-Star’s signature sneaker. The limited-edition design dresses the performance basketball shoe in shades of Barbie pink with white accents, while the miniature doll sports the exact same sneakers. The shoes officially release on August 3, extending the collaboration beyond the toy aisle and onto the court.&nbsp;
The partnership feels like a natural evolution for Reese, who has quickly become one of basketball’s biggest style stars. Since signing with Reebok—and now earning her own signature sneaker—she has consistently merged fashion and sport.&nbsp;
More importantly, the collaboration is about representation. Reese said the doll is meant to inspire young girls to embrace every part of who they are, whether that’s athletics, fashion, leadership, or all of the above.&nbsp;
