After news of Kanye and Kim Kardashian Wests' divorce was reported earlier this week, the Internet believes makeup artist Jeffree Star to be the cause. 

While still not confirmed, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian&#39;s impending <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop%20culture/kim-kardashian-kanye-west-are-getting-divorced">divorce</a> was the latest news from the Keeping Up with the Kardashians couple to break the Internet&mdash;until now. 
 
A rumor that apparently started on <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/high-fashion-tiktok-celine-prada-charli-damelio%20">TikTok</a> alleges that <a href="https://jeffreestarcosmetics.com/">Jeffree Star</a>&nbsp;is the cause of the Wests&#39; split. And the makeup artist, no stranger to his own fair share of controversies, is fanning the flame.

According to <a href="https://www.vulture.com/2021/01/is-kanye-west-dating-jeffree-star-rumors-explained.html">Vulture</a>, the inciter is <a href="https://www.intheknow.com/2021/01/06/ava-louise/">Ava Louise</a>, a <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/how-to-make-tik-tok-trends-high-fashion-corsets-">TikToker</a> who was behind last year&#39;s &ldquo;Coronavirus Challenge&rdquo; parody, in which she licked an airplane toilet for her social following. Louise recently made a post saying &ldquo;a lot of people in the scene&rdquo; (okay, ew) have known about the affair. &ldquo;i can&rsquo;t say WHO cuz he&rsquo;ll sue me hint hint but it&rsquo;s part of the reason Kanye&rsquo;s so religious now it&rsquo;s his self hatred &hellip;.&rdquo; she wrote in the caption. &ldquo;my source is legit I promiss [sic],&rdquo; and teens of TikTok jumped on it. Who could it be but Jeffree Star? 
 
For his part, Star has long suggested his history of celebrity hookups, and in the past the Myspace-era social media star has created fake &quot;morning after&quot; texts to his fantasies. (Yes, including one in 2011 to West himself.)

This isn&#39;t the first time West&#39;s sexuality has been questioned, of course, or that he&#39;s been linked to other noted out gay men in the industry. The &quot;Yeezus&quot; rapper has been rumoured to be hooking up with <a href="https://www.inquisitr.com/1997133/kanye-west-gay-rapper-rumored-to-be-in-relationship-with-french-fashion-designer-olivier-rousteing/">Balmain head&nbsp;Olivier Rousteing </a>and <a href="https://www.latintimes.com/kanye-west-gay-designer-riccardo-tisci-reveals-he-had-affair-man-who-known-127530">Burberry&#39;s Riccardo Tisci</a>, both of whom are quite <a href="https://www.glamour.com/story/kim-kardashian-riccardo-tisci-fashion-friendship">close with Karadshian</a>. When broached with the question of his participation of the West/Kardashian fall out, Star had <a href="https://twitter.com/JeffreeStar/status/1346910597254844421/photo/1">one</a> thing to say: &quot;I&rsquo;m ready for Sunday Service.&quot;
