Kate Middleton to Attend Trooping of the Color

A royal spokesperson revealed how Princess Kate is getting back to work despite still recovering from surgery.

In a display of unwavering dedication to her royal duties, Kate Middleton has announced via her and Prince William's royal Instagram account that she plans to attend the King's birthday parade, also known as the Trooping of the Color, this weekend.

In the post, the princess describes that on her good days, she has enjoyed returning to working remotely and enjoying time with her children, following a period of recovery from an undisclosed surgical procedure. Despite the ongoing challenges of her health, Princess Kate has remained steadfast in her commitment to serving the community and amplifying her charitable efforts, particularly in support of children's causes. 

"I'm looking forward to attending the King's Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer," she announced. She went on to share that she "equally knows I'm not out of the woods yet."

Sources close to the royal family have disclosed that while the princess has been focusing on her recuperation, she has simultaneously sought to resume her advocacy work.
