Kim Kardashian Discusses Children Amid Split From Kanye West
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been open about trying to co-parent their four children since announcing their breakup in 2021.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were at the forefront of one of the most high-profile divorces of 2021. Initially, it seemed as though the two were in agreement with one another regarding the landscape of their split. However, when Kardashian began dating comedian Pete Davidson, West began a social media tirade against the two. It quickly spiraled as the rapper began to air issues with his ex-wife and the raising of their children on social media.
Kardashian and West share four kids together—North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4 and Psalm, 2— however, it has been questioned whether or not they are aware of what their father is doing on the internet. In an interview with ABC News, Kim responded to the question, saying that they are aware of his behavior on the Internet. “I'm very open and honest with them,” she said.
She then added, "The younger ones don't understand as much, but as for my two oldest, they know what's going on. And you have to really be there for them no matter what. Even in this crazy life we live. ”
"You want to be on the right path, and sometimes it's hard. I've always advocated for him to speak the truth. At the end of the day, I just want my kids to be happy and healthy and think the world about their father." It's worth remembering that West even got a 24-hour suspension from Instagram for violating the site's rules and was also suspended from performing at the 2022 Grammys.
