Since her divorce from Kanye West in 2022, the public has had their eyes glued to who Kim Kardashian may pick as her next beau. After her rather public relationship with comedian Pete Davidson, it's unsurprising that Kardashian would want to keep her next romantic endeavor under wraps, but many sources have linked her to 31-year-old NFL player Odell Beckham, Jr.
During an interview on The Jay Shetty Podcast, Kardashian opened up about her perspective on entering the dating scene.
"I believe I'll always remain a hopeless romantic, desiring to be in love and enjoying sharing my life with someone, building a life together," Kardashian told Shetty. "Reflecting on past experiences, I recognize where I went wrong and aim not to repeat those mistakes. Taking things slowly and deliberately, I know it has to be a different approach for me this time."

June 2023: Rumors swirl about Kardashian dating someone new
On an episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian talks about possibly seeing someone new. Following a split from Pete Davidson, fans were curious to see who Kardashian's new sweetheart was. Her code name for the mystery man was "Fred" although no one seemed to know who this "Fred" was. In the episode, Kardashian clearly outlines what her standards are.
“Number one, protect me. Number two, fight for me. Number three, good hygiene. I mean, I think that’s a given, I should take that off. Number four, calm. Five, no mom or dad issues. Six, patient. Seven, supportive. Genuinely happy for me. Successful. Good teeth. Spontaneous. Fun. My friends and family love him. Someone that can be a role model for my kids, especially that my boys can look up to. No heavy baggage—I have enough. Taller than me. Someone that loves to work out. A motivated person. This was the month of the most glamorous summertime bashes in the country. At Fanatics CEO Micheal Rubin's Fourth of July party, both Kardashian and Beckham Jr. were in attendance. While the pair arrived separately, there were rumors that Kardashian was seeing someone. Fans had many theories about who this new beau may be as names like Tom Brady and Kylian Mbappe were thrown around. In relation to Brady, Rubin expressed that the pair are friends. “Honestly, they’re just friends,” the CEO reportedly said.
September 2023: Public speculation about Kardashian and Beckham Jr.'s relationship begins
A source told People that the pair were reportedly seeing each other. This was apparently after insiders confirmed that Beckham Jr. and his longtime girlfriend Lauren Wood had officially split.
Another source also told Page Six that the two had been "hanging out casually" during this time.
November 2023: Kardashian is seen at Beckham Jr.’s birthday party
To celebrate his 31st birthday, Beckham Jr. threw a '90s-themed bash and drew in a crowd of notable figures including Lori Harvey, Michael Rubin, Ashley Graham, Emily Ratajkowski, Winnie Harlow, and Emma Chamberlain, among others. Kardashian made a quiet entrance following the CFDA Fashion Awards.
February 2024: More reports of the couple getting serious
More reports begin to emerge about the couple getting serious and forming a closer relationship. A source told Us Weekly that the pair are "trying to figure out the next steps” of their relationship. The source went on to say that “Odell’s personality is much more private” than Kardashian's and that his alleged girlfriend is “more accustomed to the limelight.”
The pair were also spotted at a Fanatics Super Bowl bash thrown by Michael Rubin at the Cosmopolitan. They mingled with other Kardashian clan members and celebrities like Justin and Hailey Bieber and Nina Dobrev.
"There wasn’t any PDA, but [Kardashian and Beckham] definitely seemed together,” said a source from People. As captured in a video published by TMZ, the two also seemed to be getting cozy while going in for a hug.
March 2024: Kardashian and Beckham Jr. attend the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party together.
One month following their Super Bowl encounter, Kardashian and Beckham were seen together at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party. Kardashian stole the spotlight in a striking white strapless Balenciaga gown, featuring a pointed crest along the neckline and a subtle sheen. Meanwhile, Beckham opts for a sleek all-black leather ensemble, complete with a double-breasted blazer and trousers.
According to a source from People, it was evident that Beckham and Kardashian are a couple, judging by their behavior at the event. The insider noted, "While they weren't overly affectionate like some other couples, there was plenty of physical contact, and they stayed close to each other throughout. They were mindful of not being too conspicuous, but their chemistry was palpable, and they departed together."
