Lady Gaga was recently spotted going for a stroll in West Hollywood, California, adorning a very interesting-looking ring on her left hand. The singer and actress has been dating entrepreneur Michael Polansky since 2019, and some fans believe that Gaga's new addition to her jewelry collection may lead to wedding bells sometime in the pair's future.&nbsp;
On Sunday, the "Alejandro" singer was channeling her New York City fashion sensibilities with a head-to-toe black ensemble featuring a chic midnight trench coat along with a simple pair of black pumps and a Bottega Veneta tote bag.&nbsp; She was grinning from ear to ear as she flashed the ring, perhaps proving Polansky may have recently popped the question, prompting a newfound sense of joy.&nbsp;
Back in March 2023, there were rumors that the pair broke up after a source told RadarOnline that they had called it quits.&nbsp;
&ldquo;They broke up a few months ago. It was amicable. They&rsquo;re still friends,&rdquo; the insider said. However, those rumors were proven wrong when the two were seen together at a concert in October 2023.&nbsp;
Their romance started four years ago, in 2020, when the singer and entrepreneur were spotted at a New Year's party in Las Vegas sharing a kiss. Since then, Gaga and Polansky have gone public with their romance and confirmed their relationship via a February 2020 post on Gaga's Instagram showing the pair cuddling on a boat with the caption, "We had so much fun in Miami. Love to all my little monsters and fans; you're the best! ❤️️"
Since then, the couple have openly shared affection and kisses in public.&nbsp; "They weren't shy about showing off PDA," a source told <a href="https://people.com/music/who-is-michael-polansky-lady-gaga-boyfriend/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">People.</a>
They even quarantined together in Malibu during the pandemic, with another source later telling <a href="https://people.com/music/who-is-michael-polansky-lady-gaga-boyfriend/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">People</a> that the two were "hanging out" at her house while quarantining&nbsp;&nbsp;
