After a seven-year hiatus, Lily Allen has dropped a new album titled&nbsp;West End Girl.&nbsp;The record&mdash;her first release since&nbsp;No Shame&nbsp;in 2018&mdash;has sparked a media frenzy, given the references to her divorce with David Harbour. While the Stranger Things&nbsp;actor has not publicly commented on the contents of the album, the "Smile" singer has criticized him regarding a non-monogamous relationship gone awry. In a recent&nbsp;<a href="https://www.theperfectmagazine.com/features/lilyallen-b8d6m">interview with&nbsp;Perfect Magazine</a>, Allen admitted that the record was likely to ruffle feathers, given all of the public eyes on her relationships.&nbsp;
Allen's past relationships include a five-month relationship with musician Ed Simons of the Chemical Brothers.&nbsp;Later, she got together with builder and decorator Sam Cooper, with whom she got married on July 11, 2011, in Gloucestershire, England. While married to Cooper, Allen had an affair with Liam Gallagher in 2015, which caused Cooper and Allen to break up. In 2019, Allen began her relationship with David Harbour.&nbsp;

Lily Allen began dating musician Ed Simons of the&nbsp;Chemical Brothers&nbsp;in 2007. In December of that year, the couple announced that they were expecting a child, but in January 2008, Allen announced she suffered a miscarriage. In her 2018 memoir&nbsp;My Thoughts Exactly,&nbsp;Allen revealed that she had terminated the pregnancy, but opted to tell the media at the time that she suffered a miscarriage. After five months, Allen and Simons ended their relationship.&nbsp;

In 2009, Allen began dating builder and decorator Sam Cooper. The couple got engaged in 2010 while on vacation in Bali. They got married on July 11, 2011, at St. James Church in Gloucestershire, England. It was later confirmed that Allen was several months pregnant on her wedding day, and in 2011, after several previous fertility complications, she gave birth to her first daughter, Ethel Marie. She gave birth to her second daughter, Marnie Rose, in 2013, after which she experienced severe postnatal depression.&nbsp;
While she was promoting her album&nbsp;Sheezus,&nbsp;Allen revealed that she had cheated on Cooper in several instances, in an admission that quickly became a major topic within the media and among fans.&nbsp;
After this and other cases of infidelity from Allen, the couple broke up in 2015 and finalized the terms of their divorce in 2018. The two share custody of their children.&nbsp;
