Megan took to the Grammys stage outside the Staples Center in Los Angeles to accept the Best New Artist award in a statement Dolce and Gabbana neon orange dress with a daring slit. She paired the look with a matching face mask, diamond jewelry, and a perfectly coiffed updo with face-framing tendrils. "It's been a hell of a year but we made it," Megan said, accepting her award.
