From pop royalty to self-reign, Sophie Turner is in her new era.

Sophie Turner has lived several lives&mdash;onscreen as the sharp, resilient Sansa Stark, and offscreen as one of Hollywood&rsquo;s most-watched young stars.
Since her breakout in <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/game-of-thrones-stars-10-years-later" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Game of Thrones</a>, she&rsquo;s navigated love, fame, and motherhood with the same poise that made her a fan favorite. Her dating history isn&rsquo;t just tabloid fodder. It traces a decade of transformation, from teenage actress to global icon, wife, mother, and now, woman in her new era.

Before the whirlwind of red carpets and ch&acirc;teau weddings, Sophie Turner&rsquo;s early romantic life was relatively low-profile, a quiet prelude to her global fame. Back in 2014, while still filming Game of Thrones, Turner was briefly linked to James McVey, guitarist for the British pop-rock band The Vamps. The two were spotted together at several events before parting ways amicably, with both later describing it as a short, youthful connection.
In the years that followed, rumors occasionally linked Turner to her co-stars and industry peers, including X-Men: Apocalypse actor Tye Sheridan and Barely Lethal co-star Thomas Mann. Yet none of these alleged flings were ever confirmed, and Turner largely avoided commenting on her personal life. At the time, she was just beginning to navigate the unique pressures of growing up in the public eye, and the disorienting transition from teenage anonymity to international stardom.

Then came <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/joe-jonas-girlfriends-wife-dating-history-taylor-swift-sophie-turner-" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Jonas</a>, a pop star meet-cute straight out of a modern fairytale. The two first connected after Jonas slid into Turner&rsquo;s DMs (proof that Instagram can, occasionally, work magic).&nbsp;The pair met in late 2016 after mutual friends encouraged the connection, and sparks flew quickly. &ldquo;We were all in,&rdquo; <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/sophie-turner-and-joe-jonas-dating-again" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Turner</a> would later recall of those early months. By October 2017, they were engaged, announcing the news on Instagram with matching posts that simply read &ldquo;I said yes&rdquo; and &ldquo;She said yes.&rdquo;
The couple surprised fans with an impromptu wedding in Las Vegas, officiated by an Elvis impersonator and live-streamed by Diplo. A month later, they held a lavish second ceremony at Ch&acirc;teau de Tourreau in Provence, attended by family and close friends, including Maisie Williams.
Turner often joked about being the homebody to Jonas&rsquo;s social butterfly. Together they welcomed two daughters, Willa in 2020 and Delphine in 2022, and split their time between Miami, New York, and London.
But in September 2023, Jonas filed for divorce, citing that the marriage was &ldquo;irretrievably broken.&rdquo; What followed was a wave of public speculation and legal disputes over custody, complicated by their international lifestyle. Turner later called the situation &ldquo;heartbreaking,&rdquo; but maintained a dignified silence as they reached a private settlement in 2024. The end of their marriage marked the close of what had once seemed like a modern Hollywood love story, tender, ambitious, and very much in the public eye.

Following the conclusion of her marriage to Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner quietly entered the next act of her life, one that paired star power with aristocratic pedigree. In October 2023, she was first publicly linked to British aristocrat Peregrine &ldquo;Perry&rdquo; Pearson, heir to the Cowdray estate in West Sussex.&nbsp; 
Pearson, the eldest son of the 4th Viscount Cowdray, holds a business degree from the University of West London and manages aspects of the family estate, including its polo club, golf course, and development firm.
Their romance unfolded with a series of public yet polished moments, including a ski-trip Instagram post in January 2024 confirmed their status, followed by appearances at London nightlife events and Paris Fashion Week.&nbsp;In October 2024, Turner shared a birthday tribute to Pearson, writing, &ldquo;Happy Birthday my angel pie 30, flirty and thriving.&rdquo;&nbsp; 
In spring 2025, whispers of a breakup began circulating after Turner unfollowed Pearson on Instagram, only for the pair to be spotted together weeks later at Glastonbury Festival, reigniting reconciliation rumors. Still, by September, it was clear the romance had run its course, with both reportedly choosing to part ways amicably.
