Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Spotted at Nobu After ‘Much Needed’ Vacation
Could an engagement be in the cards?
After a lengthy mystery vacation in the Bahamas, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift followed the romantic getaway with a sushi lunch at Nobu in Los Angeles on Sunday. The pair have rarely been seen apart these last few weeks, and there have even been engagement rumors on the horizon.
The 34-year-olds seemed very much in love as they exited the restaurant with interlocked hands while donning semi-casual attire, Swift in a preppy-chic light purple sweater and Kelce in a half-white sweatshirt.
In a series of snapshots circulated by the gossip blog Deuxmoi on Monday of last week, Swift and her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, were captured during their romantic vacation in the Bahamas.
“They vacationed in the Bahamas for several days," a source told People. "It was a much-needed break for both of them. They very much enjoyed it. They are so happy together.”
In addition to the Bahamas holiday, a source close to Kelce disclosed to the US Sun that the 34-year-old athlete has arranged luxurious hotel suites and restaurant reservations to treat Swift during their time off. His aim is to whisk her away on romantic escapades, exploring charming cities and European destinations together. Another insider told Us Weekly earlier this March that they are trying to spend as much time together as they can before they reenter their busy professional lives.
“They’re focused on rest and recuperation, relaxing at home, and having low-key and chill time together,” the source said. “They are enjoying movie nights in her home theater, catching up on films and shows they’ve missed.”
Following Swift's performances in Asia and Australia, she won't be returning to the stage until May for her successful Eras Tour. Kelce, fresh from winning this year's Super Bowl, isn't slated to begin the NFL season until September.
