In just over a month, two of the NFL&rsquo;s highest-ranked teams will duke it out for the national title.
Whether you plan to be glued to your couch during the 2026 <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/celebrities-super-bowl-lix-taylor-swift-ice-spice-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Super Bowl</a>, you&rsquo;re shelling out for a seat at the big game, or you anticipate catching the highlights on a TV in the back of your favorite bar, there&rsquo;s no denying that the Super Bowl is one of the most highly anticipated sporting events of the year&mdash;but despite the fact that the countdown is indeed on, one question remains. Which teams are actually playing in the 2026 Super Bowl?
Per ESPN, the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams&mdash;the top two teams in the NFC West&mdash;currently have the best odds to actually win the 2026 Super Bowl. In the AFC, the New England Patriots and the Buffalo Bills also have a good chance. These top four teams are closely flanked by the Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, and, after a raucous game last Sunday, the Chicago Bears. The short answer is: teams haven&rsquo;t been selected to play in the 2026 Super Bowl just yet. That being said, across sports betting platforms, many currently favor the Buffalo <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/politics-culture/does-josh-allen-support-trump-offensive-tweets-hailee-steinfeld-fiance" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bills</a> vs. the Seattle Seahawks, but truly, only time will tell&mdash;after Jan. 18, the divisional round play-offs will be done, making the answer to who&rsquo;s playing in the 2026 Super Bowl that much clearer.&nbsp;
The 2026 Super Bowl (Super Bowl LX) is slated to take place on Feb. 8, 2026, at Levi Stadium in San Francisco. The Super Bowl game starts at 6:30 p.m. EST.
As any pop culture fiend likely already knows, beloved Puerto Rican singer <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/music/bad-bunny-2026-super-bowl-halftime-show" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bad Bunny</a> is headlining the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show. Pregame performers include Charlie Puth, Brandi Carlile, and Coco Jones.
&ldquo;You might not know this, but I&rsquo;m doing the Super Bowl halftime show,&rdquo; the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/music/bad-bunny-puerto-rico-residency-shows-music-fashion" target="_blank" rel="noopener">singer</a> joked during his&nbsp;SNL monologue on Oct. 4, 2025. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m very happy and I think everyone is happy about it," he added, hinting at the backlash he received after the announcement was made.&nbsp;
