When David Beckham started his career as a professional soccer player, all eyes were on him, and not just for his good looks. The London-born athlete commandeered the soccer space with his enviable skill and attractive personality as soon as stepped onto the field in 1992. Throughout his 20-year-long career, Beckham played for six internationally-recognized club teams, which lead him to hold one of the highest appearance records for an outfield player in the FIFA league at the time of his retirement in 2013. Due to his identity as a stellar athlete, Beckham became a major celebrity quickly. His relationship with who was then known then as Posh Spice, or Victoria Adams, was also widely consumed by the public eye. After getting married and having their first child in 1999, the Beckham family only grew bigger, adding sons Brooklyn, Cruz, and Romeo, and daughter Harper.
