The France-meets-Japan hotspot has opened its latest location in the West Village.

Need an eclectic, chic&nbsp;caf&eacute; space in New York City to enjoy for your next meetup or relaxing afternoon off? Look no further than <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/maison-kitsune-yuni-ahn-2019">Maison Kitsun&eacute;</a>&#39;s Caf&eacute;&nbsp;Kitsun&eacute;, which just opened its first US location in the West Village. From French coffee beans to a multicultural food menu to its sun-drenched space on Hudson Street, the new hotspot is sure to become a favorite of New Yorkers in the know for 2020 and beyond.

Founders Gildas Loa&euml;c and Masaya Kuroki have debuted the&nbsp;France-meets-Japan style caf&eacute; in&nbsp;the West Village with a 900-square-foot space (designed by Kuroki) and a menu curated by Tokyo chef Yuji Tani. To add some local New York flavors, Loa&euml;c and Kuroki included pastries by Ayako Kurokawa of Burrow, smoked salmon from Russ and Daughters, and Nicholas Morgenstern&rsquo;s seasonal and always unexpected <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/miansai-teams-up-with-museum-of-ice-cream-in-miami">ice creams</a>. &ldquo;You will find a Parisian je ne sais quoi mixed with a strong Japanese feel,&rdquo; explains Kuroki.

Caf&eacute; Kitsun&eacute;, along with&nbsp;cult fashion brand Maison Kitsun&eacute; and indie music label Kitsun&eacute; Musique, is ready to become a global fashion/food/music powerhouse. Along with locations in Paris, Tokyo and Seoul, the Caf&eacute; Kitsun&eacute; rollout is blanketing the planet this year. Shanghai, Jakarta and London recently opened, and this spring, there will be new caf&eacute;s in Kyoto and Beijing. &ldquo;We&rsquo;ll be expanding more into hospitality with this idea in mind to always learn more about the savoir-faire, to improve the quality and freshness of our offerings, the service, the experience,&rdquo; Loa&euml;c adds. &ldquo;Our community often asks us on social media when a Caf&eacute; Kitsun&eacute; will open in their own cities, which is very exciting for us!&rdquo;&nbsp;
