Mastrangelo is known for the elaboration of sculptural objects from natural materials, such as salt, sand, and rock. The Vallée invites visitors to experience the Vallée de Joux, a cradle of the Swiss Haute Horlogerie and home of Audemars Piguet since its founding in 1875. By deconstructing and reconstructing nature and playing with geological manifestations, Mastrangelo creates a dialogue between the past and present, interconnecting the purity of nature and the passage of time, which resonates with the craftsmanship of Audemars Piguet.

The minerals extracted from the region have been molded and reused in walls, cabinets, and furniture. In the center of the room, a forest made of sand and firs molded with silica shows examples of the latest collection, Code 11.59, as well as unconventional vintage clocks.
