The Lanvin Fall/Winter 2025 collection marks Peter Copping’s heartfelt homage to Jeanne Lanvin,  seamlessly blending the house’s storied past with a forward-thinking vision. Under the creative direction of Copping, who was appointed to the position in June 2024, the collection reimagines the founder's intimate world, translating her timeless wardrobe into a modern narrative for today’s discerning audience.

Blue, Lanvin’s signature hue since the 1920s, takes on new life in this collection, symbolizing a bridge between the House’s heritage and its modern evolution. Evoking the vastness of the ocean and the sky, this iconic shade underscores Lanvin’s legacy as Paris’s oldest operating fashion house, established in 1889. The collection’s elongated and structured silhouettes, inspired by classic illustration, honor the gestures of haute couture while redefining Parisian staples like the peacoat and trench coat with innovative volumes and satin accents. Iconic motifs, such as the mother-and-child emblem designed by Paul Iribe in 1923, are reinterpreted for a contemporary audience through a selection of silhouettes and accessories that resonate with today’s values.

Each piece in the Fall/Winter 2025 collection reflects a return to Lanvin’s foundational values, offering a profound exploration of the Maison’s essence and heritage. Jeanne Lanvin, a pioneering designer and visionary, approached fashion as a holistic art form that encompassed women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, as well as perfumes and interiors. On the runway, a harmonious blend of exquisite craftsmanship and bold individuality helped celebrate and revive Lanvin’s enduring spirit. This season's collection marks a return to Lanvin’s core values, where each piece becomes a rediscovery of the Maison’s essence—a tribute to its enduring spirit and heritage.
