Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty Fall 2019 show was an experience - a mix of fashion, music, and culture - and people can't stop talking, though only insiders have actually seen it. The show featured high-profile musical performances in between some of the industry's biggest models walking, as well as elaborate choreography, including a final dance number featuring carnival-themed headwear.

An absolutely stacked cast of celebrities made appearances, including 21 Savage, Laverne Cox, Cara Delevigne, Aquaria, and the Hadid sisters. Naturally, the red carpet was an exciting place as these elite attendees posed for photos, but once the show began, the stars became fans as well as they witnessed a truly irreplaceable cultural moment.

In addition to this impressive list of guests, Rihanna has pulled strings that only she can, and the musical artists who performed are equally big names: Halsey (who debuted her new single, "Graveyard"), Migos, DJ Khaled, Big Sean, A$AP Ferg, Fat Joe, Fabolous, and Tierra Whack.

In advance of the show, Savage X Fenty became available on Amazon - and was even on sale for one day only. The line highlights individuality and inclusivity, featuring a wide range of styles, sizes, colors, and prints—nudes and neutrals, with pops of green and red, as well as jewel tones and pieces ranging from lace teddies to mesh catsuits. The bright palette helped the new collection stand out in last night's performances and is sure to "kink things up a notch" (as the brand so aptly put it) when the Fall 2019 collection drops this Friday.

At the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, photography was forbidden and guests literally had to hand over phones to security, so there wasn't the usual influx of Instagram posts to inform the world exactly what went on. The reason for this is that the entire show will stream exclusively on Amazon Prime on September 20, so for those of us wishing we could have been there, at least we don't have long to wait.
