How are the men of Hollywood interpreting &ldquo;The Garden of Time"?

The Met Gala is hailed as the biggest night in fashion as it celebrates style and art and raises funds for the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Beyond the highly anticipated fashion statements on the museum's steps, the gala marks the commencement of the annual fashion exhibition within the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, becoming a fixture in the museum's calendar. This year, the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art presents the exhibition "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion." The showcase pays homage to 400 years of fashion evolution and honors the beauty of nature, focusing on the three elements of the earth's makeup: land, sea, and sky. The dress code, however, is titled &ldquo;The Garden of Time," and it derives inspiration from J.G. Ballard's short story. Based on the title of the theme, some chose to interpret it literally and don florals, while others explored some of Ballard's deeper themes, such as the nature of time or the decline of wealth and power.
The hosts for the 2024 Met Gala are Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth, and in addition to their hosting duties, Bad Bunny and Hemsworth's looks made quite a splash. <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/met-gala-2024-guest-list" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Other men in attendance</a> at the Met Gala are actor and Jennifer Lopez's beau Ben Affleck, Matt Damon who is accompanied by his wife Luciana Barroso, and Challengers star Josh O'Connor.
