<p>The costumes of Beyonc&eacute;, Lady Gaga, Cher, and many other stars will be at the auction.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Costumes worn by Destiny's Child, Madonna, Cher, Lady Gaga, Whitney Houston, and other music icons will be offered at an auction organized by Julien's Auctions.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The initiative features 100 batches of legendary clothes that have marked pop culture. Among the highlights include clothes that Beyonc&eacute;'s mother, Tina Knowles Lawson, made for her daughter. Each piece has a starting value of $600 to $10,000, and will be in a three-day auction in Beverly Hills, California between June 11 and 13.&nbsp;</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Julien's says the clothes were donated by the singers' families after spending years in storage. A portion of the proceeds will benefit MusiCares, the charity arm of the Recording Academy that has been helping musicians who are facing financial hardship caused by the pandemic.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Other items for sale include a golden Versace dress worn by Whitney Houston for a performance in Paris in July 1998; and a biker bodysuit and jacket worn by Cher in the 1989 music video for "If I Could Turn Back Time," which was previously sold at an auction five years ago.</p>
