TSITP&rsquo;s director, Jenny Han, and costume designer Jessica Flaherty chose to make Conrad&rsquo;s style approachably norm-core. However, his real-life counterpart, actor <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/the-summer-i-turned-pretty-series-tv-cast-lola-tung-christopher-briney-gavin-casalegno" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Christopher Briney</a>, has been quietly serving some of the most fashion-forward menswear at the Spring/Summer 2026 presentations in New York, Milan, and Paris.&nbsp;
 It&rsquo;s called duality: Briney burst into American pop culture as Belly Conklin&rsquo;s brooding but basic TV boyfriend. However, Briney&rsquo;s avant-garde Fashion Week style signals to Hollywood that he is ready to take on more influential acting parts past his breakout role as Conrad Fisher. At this year's Saint Laurent, Calvin Klein, and Chanel BLEU events, Briney served all that is cool, new, and fresh. With tiny, elegant luxury handbags in tow, Briney shows that he&rsquo;s no longer the Northeastern boy next door&mdash;he's a style icon in the making.&nbsp;
 The Internet has recently dubbed Briney a young <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/leonardo-dicaprio-best-90s-moments-young-heartthrob" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Leonardo DiCaprio</a> for the copy-paste similarities in their facial structure, messy bronde hair, and stark blue eyes. If he continues to be intentional in his roles, the fashion houses he aligns with, a heartthrob in both spirit and style, maybe Briney is the next DiCaprio, indeed.
 Briney's spectacular series of looks in the front rows of the buzziest Spring/Summer 2026 shows was no mistake&mdash;they're nothing short of intentional, in the very best way. At the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/calvin-klein-spring-summer-2026-collection-runway-images" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Calvin Klein Collection presentation in New York</a>, he opted for a tailored, modern, yet sexy vest with dress pants. For the Saint Laurent show in Paris, he went big with an oversized leather jacket with nods to heartthrobs of decades past, like the Brat Pack, but had a little fun with a Clash de Cartier finger ring. And at the Chanel Bleu de Chanel L'Exclusif debut party back in Manhattan, he gave fans a taste of Conrad in a classic white button-down. The white collar, however, had a bit of custom Chanel embroidery for that extra pop of personality.
