In tandem with his new album, "Certified Lover Boy," the Canadian rapper is releasing a long-awaited line of fashion merch with Nike. 

Just hours after announcing that his next album, <a href="https://pitchfork.com/news/drake-reveals-january-2021-release-date-for-new-album-certified-lover-boy/">Certified Lover Boy</a>,&nbsp;will release&nbsp;next January, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/film-tv/drake-euphoria-2019">Drake</a> has another surprise coming a whole lot earlier:&nbsp;a new fashion&nbsp;<a href="https://www.gq.com/story/drake-nike-merch">collaboration with Nike</a>.&nbsp;

Drake "Laugh Now Cry Later"

Teased slowly over the past few months on Instagram, the release launches today, and&nbsp;is part streetwear, part merch. The collection&nbsp;includes the fan-favorite quilted heart embroidered bomber jacket in pink and black&mdash;that was briefly shown in the his &quot;Laugh Now Cry Later&rdquo;&nbsp;video with&nbsp;Lil Durk earlier this summer&mdash;as well as a lipstick-stained white baseball cap and CLB-printed tees, hoodies, and socks.

Of course, this isn&#39;t the rapper&#39;s first foray into fashion, having <a href="https://www.highsnobiety.com/p/drake-nike-air-jordan-4-sample-auction/">collaborated with the Jordan brand</a>&nbsp;successfully over the past few years, worked with <a href="https://wwd.com/fashion-news/fashion-scoops/gallery/drake-to-wear-calvin-klein-collection-on-tour/">Calvin Klein</a> and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.vogue.com/article/drake-the-boy-meets-world-tour-prada-wardrobe-exclusive">Prada</a>, as well run&nbsp;his own brand, <a href="https://octobersveryown.com/">October&#39;s Very Own</a>, since 2011. For the athletic giant, the team-up follows past similar collaborations with the like of <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/nike-off-white-virgil-ablkoh">Virgil Abloh</a> and <a href="https://www.nike.com/launch/t/air-jordan-1-high-travis-scott">Travis Scott</a>.
