Somehow, every new Hanifa collection is more stunning than the previous one.

The DMV-based label just dropped Fall 2024, dubbed the "It-Girl Collection." Its 14 items span every category of wardrobe, from a pomegranate corset dress to an off-the-shoulder sweater with matching mustard capris. Hanifa also revealed more handbags (a new product offering, which first debuted July 2024) and new leather footwear options. A Mongolian fur jacket is Fall 2024's undeniable star-of-the-show in outerwear. Prices range from $69 to $699, and pieces will be available to shop starting October 25.

"It is inspired, honestly, by all of you. Anifa [Mvuemba, founder and creative director,] is a big fan of [its customers], as is the brand. One thing she wanted to pull into this collection is what we would wear to events, what we would wear every day, what we would wear on dates... even a wedding," Art Director Telsha Anderson-Boone said at the launch event. Garments' colors feel as rich as the autumnal assortment's variety of textures.

The collection responds directly to customer feedback, something Hanifa is particularly skilled at. Take the Zoe boot, for example. While it was previously made with a square toe box, it's now available with a pointy toe because that's what customers kept asking for online. Other customer favorites, like its Aster Acid Jeans, make a comeback in new hues.

Today marks another major moment for the label, which Mvuemba created in 2012: Hanifa opened its first-ever pop-up in New York City, just across the street from Union Square. Not only are wearables from the new season and previous collections available to shop, but the décor is custom Hanifa furniture, hinting at potential category expansion ahead.
