If you&#39;re looking to test the waters and venture out for a socially-distanced shopping trip, we&#39;ve compiled a list of select stores reopening in major cities like New York City, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/wellness/best-vegan-restaurants-in-los-angeles" target="_blank">Los Angeles</a>, Chicago, and Miami. In-store retail&nbsp;and beauty salons in New York City, once a hotspot for COVID-19,&nbsp;will open in the next phase. However, malls will remain closed in this phase. In Los Angeles, all retail stores reopened at 50% capacity on May 27th while hair salons resumed on May 29th.&nbsp;As Chicago moved into phase 3, retail stores and salons&nbsp;opened its doors on June 3rd. And since May 20th, retail establishments are open with fitting rooms closed and&nbsp;limited to 50% of store occupancy.
