In the sea of new names, <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/international-woolmark-prize-2022-finalists-peter-do-ahluwalia-rui" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Peter Do</a> is among the brightest. This season, the designer presented his second show for the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/every-look-from-proenza-schouler-fall-winter-2022" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fall/Winter 2022</a> season.
As a Vietnamese immigrant with a resum&eacute; that includes <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/celine-rimbaud-new-fragrance-perfume" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Celine</a> and Derek Lam, Do's designs quickly drew attention to his modern tailoring. This season, his work mixed classic and transgressive references. Whether it was through a long pleated skirt a punk makeover or adding sequins to neoprene, the designer's innovative garments stood out this season.&nbsp;
Alongside the expert silhouettes, Do also made it clear that he is also interested in proposing new alternatives that will allow him to create fun and timeless pieces by following the processes of slow fashion.&nbsp;
